I have been engaged in private practice since 1979. In that time, I have proudly represented thousands of consumers and corporations. My areas of concentration include representation in Bankruptcy Court for corporation or consumer debtors and creditors; personal injury including accidents, malpractice and product cases; commercial collections; real estate, wills and estates.

My clients know that I will always keep in close communication with them and that they will always be fully informed of all developments in their case. I maintain evening and weekend hours for clients unable to make visits during regular hours.

I am a member of the Montgomery, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and am on the Montgomery and Philadelphia Lawyer Reference Service Panels. In addition, since I recognize a lawyer's responsibility to the community, I volunteer my services on a low-fee or no-fee basis for clients referred to me by several agencies.

I am also an Instructor at the Penn State University Paralegal Program where I designed courses in Debtor-Creditor Relations, Legal Research and others. I usually teach the course in Civil Litigation where I am able to relate my extensive experience in the courtroom.
